A Dose of Soph

I'm Sophie, 31 from South London. I became a mum aged 15, just before my GCSE's and then had another child at 24.

​

I literally started writing publicy back in 2017 off the back of a messy break up and a 1/4 life crisis at 25 (lol, so dramatic) and it honestly helped me process so much!

Additionally, I discovered that so many others could relate and it was at that point I fell in love with sharing my experiences as I always felt so much better after writing, and it actually sparked the start of my self-therapy journey through writing and created some beautiful friendships.

 

So if you're nosy like me and have a spare few, get stuck right in!
